Following the spiritual tradition of St. Ignatius, Fr. James Martin SJ invites the listener to a brief reflection followed by a period of self-examination.  During the examination, we become aware of how, when, and where God was present to us throughout the day and how we received his presence or how we may have turned away from his presence.  This prayer invites thanksgiving, gratitude, trust, forgiveness, and openness to future growth.  The audio is about 15 minutes in length.
