Welcome to the London North Central Catholic Family of Parishes!
We are a vibrant community of faith, bringing together St. Peter's Cathedral Basilica, St. Michael's Parish, and the St. Josephine Bakhita African & Caribbean Catholic Community. Formed in July 2022 under the guidance of Rev. Fr. Daniel Bombardier, the London North Central Catholic Family of Parishes is united in a shared mission: to be a mission-oriented Church that forms disciples of Jesus. This formation is part of the broader initiative within the Diocese of London to create "Families of Parishes."
While each of our parishes has its own unique history and spirit, we are bound together by our Catholic faith and a common desire to serve God and our neighbours. We invite you to explore our website to learn more about our Mass times, sacraments, and various ministries. You can also find resources for faith formation, including access to FORMED.org , and connect with us through our YouTube channel and social media pages.

What Our Family's Logo Stands For

In the heart of our shared journey as a Family, our logo was developed with the distinct characteristics of the three communities in mind.
The Chain
The chain has two beautiful meanings;
-
It reminds us of St. Michael the Archangel, who bound Satan so we could be free from his malice.
-
It's also a broken chain, symbolizing the freedom Christ brought to St. Josephine Bakhita, who was once enslaved.
The Keys
-
This chain is connected to the Keys of St. Peter, which represent our unity with our Bishop and the strong bond we share as a family of parishes.
Together, as the London North Central Catholic Family of Parishes, we are truly bound in peace!
